Add Contacts

Simply send an email invite to a colleague and, once accepted, that contact will be added to your database. Each user you invite will be assigned a log-in and be able to communicate with you using IP Visuals.

Groups

To streamline the process of organising meetings and authorising payments for services, users can be arranged in groups - like clients, colleagues or other communities of interest.  So you can call a meeting without having to manually invite each one. See more about staging a meeting here.

Groups are a useful way of determining who pays for calls and meetings. For example, you might want all meetings with colleagues to be paid by your organisation, whilst meetings for a professional association might be paid for by each attendee. You can easily establish these rules for each group. 

Rules and privileges that can be determined for each group include whether:
- members can join a group themselves or need to be personally invited
- members can charge call costs to a group account or they need to pay their own way
- members can initiate meetings or do they need to be invited by others
