Meet face to face - online

The ability to hold meetings online and at physical locations is at the core of the IP Visuals system. These meetings can be set-up just moments in advance in your own virtual meeting room. Attendees will experience high quality multi-view video conference, with full document review and file sharing capability.

Scheduled meetings can be set-up in five easy steps:

1. Set the time

Choose and date and start and end time. It can be a one-off meeting or a recurring appointment.

2. Describe the meeting

Quickly enter details that invitees will see. You can also set rules about how it will be paid for – does it come out of a group account or does each attendee have to pay for their visual connection? (see more about payment types here)

3. Set the meeting location

Where will you be running the meeting from? Choose a physical location. This could be a meeting room using conferencing requipment, or you could be running it from your computer desktop. If it’s a physical location you can give others the option of attending at the same place.

4. Determine who will attend

You can select members of your groups and individuals on your contact list. You can also add others by manually entering their email address. You can even dial-out to people who are not online but still want a phone connection to the meeting.

5. Confirm the details

Check of the information. Once confirmed it will be added to your local calendar and each invitee with receive an RSVP to their email address. You can edit details of the meeting up to half an hour before its scheduled time.

Impromptu Meetings

One of the great things about IP Visuals is its immediacy. If you want to hook-up with colleagues right now just email them a link to your virtual meeting room. It's your own room so there's no need to book. And you can control who enters the room or leave it open for access to all members in your group(s).
