IP Visuals has a flexible membership structure, giving you and your organisation maximum control over your budget and how you interact with other users.
1. Administrator (Free)
When you sign-up for the first time you will create an account for your organisation. As the administrator of the organisation you will be able to add users, set permissions and nominate who will pay for conferences and power user memberships. As well as being the administrator you'll also have the rights as a basic user or power user within your organisation.
2. Basic User (Free)
A basic user is a member of an organisation (or a number of organisations). He or she will probably have been invited to join by the adminstrator. This user can build contact lists, define groups and attend meetings. If the user has access to credit (for example on the organisation account) her/she can also initiate meetings.
3. Power User (AU$104.50 per year)
Power Users pay an annual subscription for access to person to person calling to other Power Users in their contact list. That means you can treat visual communications the same way as you do your phone, making high quality video calls whenever you want to users inside and out of your organisation. When a Power User makes a direct call to another Power User only the caller pays a per minute charge. Compared to this, when two users meet in a video meeting room both are charged per minute. Apart from the convenience, a Power User subscription will save call costs for people who make more than 2.5 hours of person to person calls each year.
4. Group Owner
Anyone can be a group owner and you can create as many groups as you wish. As the owner you will have control over who joins the group and the rights of each member. This includes determining who pays for attending conferences (the group owner, the attendee or an organisation).
5. Group Member
A group member is usually invited to join a group with the intention of attending meetings. They might pay to attend or the group owner might make arrangements for payment on their behalf. A full group member can call meetings, charge video calls back to the group and invite new group members. A limited group member can join meetings, email the group and, if they wish, top up the group's account with some extra credit.
